Under no circumstances does Canary Audio assume liability or responsibility for injury or damages sustained in the use or operation of this equipment or for damages to any other equipment connected to it. Canary Audio reserves the right to make design changes or improvements without the obligation to revise prior versions. All specifications are subject to change without notice.
 
Limited Warranty

Canary Audio warrants the product designated herein to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser or no later than five (5) years from the date of shipment to the authorized Canary Audio dealer or distributor, whichever comes first. This non-transferable warranty excludes all vacuum tubes, which are warranted for the original 90-day period only.

To receive this warranty, the original purchaser must complete the enclosed Warranty Registration Card and mail it to Canary Audio within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Canary Audio will then validate the warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
  1. The unit MUST be purchased from our authorized dealers or distributors in order to receive the factory warranty.

  2. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty is for sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the product.

  3. This warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or handled other than in accordance with the instructions in the Owner's Manual, abused or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being tampered with, modified or repaired by anyone other than Canary Audio or an authorized Canary Audio repair center.

  4. Warranty dose not cover normal maintenance.

  5. Canary Audio shall not be responsible in any way for consequential or indirect damages or liabilities resulting from the use and operation of the product covered herein or resulting from any breach of this warranty or any implied warranty relating to said product.
During this period, Canary Audio will repair or replace any defective components free of charge. A Return Authorization Number (RA Number) is required before any product is returned to our factory for any reason. This number must be visible on the exterior of the shipping containers for Canary Audio to accept the return.

Units to be repaired by Canary Audio must be sent shipping and insurance prepaid by the original purchaser in the original packing material. A returned product must be accompanied by a written description of the defect and a photocopy of the original purchase receipt. This receipt must clearly list model and serial number, the date of purchase, the name and address of the purchaser and authorized dealer and the price paid by the purchaser. Repaired units will be return by Canary Audio shipping and insurance prepaid.

All other warranties or conditions either written or implied are void.
 
Warranty Outside the U.S.A.

Canary Audio has authorized distribution in many countries of the world. In each country, the authorized importing retailer or distributor has accepted the responsibility for warranty of products sold by that retailer or distributor. Warranty warranty should normally be obtained from the importing retailer or distributor from whom you purchased your product. In the unlikely event of warranty required beyond the capability of the importer, Canary Audio will fulfill the conditions of the warranty. Such product must be returned at the owner's expense to the Canary Audio repair center, together with a photocopy of the bill of sale for that product, a detailed description of the problem, and any information necessary for return shipment.
