Canary Audio is proud to introduce the all new Grand Reference Monoblock amplifiers, the first of a whole new series of high end reference audio products. The Grand Reference is the successor of the Reference One and Reference Two monoblock amplifiers. It is the result of over 25 years of experience in designing high-end audio products.
 
Built to Withstand the Power of Music:
 
The Grand Reference features a modified circuity that operates under Class A triode mode. Due to the use of the newly designed power and output transformers, the Grand Reference is capable to deliver more musical power than before. Like all of our other amplifiers, only the highest quality parts and components are used when building the Grand Reference. The oversize custom wound power and output transformers are specially designed to extend the bass and highs.Two independent chokes are employed for rectifier filtering on each channel. The transformers and chocks are housed in a metal can and potted with epoxy resin to further eliminate vibration and with better heat dissipation. Just as important, the military grade epoxy circuit boards are designed to minimize component interaction. In addition to that, each of the 300B triode tube has a separate bias adjustment device mounted on the rear panel for convenient biasing. A balanced input with the use of a line input transformer is also available as an upgrade option.

Generating power from eight pieces / four matched pairs of 300B tubes per channel. Conservatively rated with an output voltage of 120 watts RMS. The Grand Reference is capable to deliver high power wattages and still maintains the clarity and delicacy of real music.
