The CA-100 is a stereo power amplifier in ultra-linear configuration with EL34 / 6CA7 output tubes.. To get the most out of the design, Hovland MusiCaps® are used in key circuit locations. The oversize custom wound output and power transformers are specially designed to extend the bass and highs. An independent, choke filtered high voltage supplies is used for both channel. Just as important, the military grade epoxy circuit boards are designed to minimize component interaction.
With an output power rated at 80 watts, the CA-100 is capable to reproduce music loudly and cleanly. With the CA-100, we have created an ultra-linear stereo amp which offers you similar musical performance of the almighty CA-160, but at a much more affordable price.
